If you want change, you've got to show it!
Jareya (below) has raised a very good question: how can we influence the government to change, meaning to by applying scenarios. Why don't you think about taking this further. Why don't you demonstrate how it can be done. This is a good thesis topic: how can scenarios be applied in a small-scale management of environment and natural resources?

Akompab says,
Influencing a government to to change means bringing Stakeholders together. This requires a collective approach whereby members from different sectors of the public should come together and discuss about burning issues . There should be the tendency for a particular problem to be identified by members of the different sectors. In the case of managing the environment and natural resource, I think the most important aspect is environmentalism.Peolple should be concerned about conserving the environment In this way aspects about the environment will be treated Empathically. Members with a common interest meet and discuss about a problem identified. In this way they can be able to predict about the future consiquencies, by using scenarios on the prevailing impacts, and consequently seek possible solutions to the problem. In this way the message can be spread to other areas by participants.
